NOTICE

Hello all,

A little long, so bear with me;

1. Portfolio Review
A presentation of your final works (all studio and major projects) shall
take place on the following dates and time;

18th May from 9am to 12pm with Mr. Peter Wong
19th May from 9am to 12pm with Mr. Kay
20th May from 1pm to 4pm with Mr. LengHuat

You will be assigned 15 minutes to get some feedback for your work with
your respective reviewer. It is not a presentation but more of a feedback
session to improve your work and to ask for opinions. Please be positive
and more open in receiving constructive criticism, make this session
count! You will then have at least 10 days to improve your works before
the final submission.

We need to clear up the class room so can we all do it this Friday (14
May) 10am, at least on Monday you all can safely and comfortably put up
your works in peace. I will also explain further on what should be up on
the wall and on the desk. The schedule will also be given to you this
Friday morning, so looks like you all will HAVE to come.

2. Final Submission
Since Wesak is on the 28th then the FINAL SUBMISSION will be on the 31st,
the Monday after. Submissions AFTER 4pm will NOT BE ENTERTAINED as the
doors to the studio will be locked (along with your fate).

3. Photobook
Your Photobook must be submitted by the following Thursday, the 3rd of
June by 4pm. This is part of your submission requirements. Failure to do
so will ultimately affect your grades. How is your photobook coming along?
